We believe in building for the future. Segale Properties designs, grows, captures and protects the value of its land portfolio through planning, entitlement, development, and leasing efforts. Creating long-term value is our goal, whether it’s through master planning and entitling land for the creation of mixed-use, industrial development or strategic acquisition of agricultural and natural resource lands, we build it to last.
HOW WE DO IT
We are vertically integrated. Our 45-year history in heavy civil construction provides us with a different, ground-up approach, on how to build long-term quality in everything we do. Our buildings are known in the marketplace as one of the highest quality structures in the region. We care about every aspect within our developments, from design to function, by exceeding industry-leading standards. We then maintain those high standards throughout the life of the development. Internally, we manage all our properties from leasing to building maintenance, which allows us to quickly react to the needs of our lessees.
